Meeting of General Membership was held and called meeting to order at 12:33am by Jeremy.
Previous meeting minutes reading was declined by the membership.
Treasurers Report – Finance report was given by Sarah Miller. June numbers listed:

Current balance of all accounts $49,219.26
Old Business.
1. Membership Cards/Dues 2024. Fun note- We received (6) new members and several paid dues today prior to the ride.
2. Volunteers for Positions: Map Updates & Distribution. This is a team effort- but we need (1) person to step up and take over the well oiled program. We have been asking for this now for approx. 8 months.
3. Summer Parades- Anyone that wants our signage for their local parades- please let Jeremy or Krystal know ahead of time.
New Business
1. New Club Gear:- New Shirts are in! Come check them out. The new RIDE shirts are higher quality- Bella & Canvas. New V-neck is a unisex fit but we have women’s and men’s in the standard collar. Worth every penny!
– Will be opening online orders again in a week for those items that are fun to personalize (or not).
2. Legislation- UTVs being able to ride on all state forest roads. All signs seem to be adjusted. Please make sure you only stay on the roads that are marked. If it says Horse Only or No Motor or a picture of UTV/ATV/Vehicle- please adhere to the signage.
3. Adopt-A-Highway. Paperwork was completed by the President and Vice to adopt Great River Rd from Harpers Ferry to Red Oak Rd. It is on the Scenic Byway. More to follow at the next meeting.
Today’s Club Only Ride 14 July 2024 – Memorial Ride for Julie Herman
Today, member’s collected $1972 amongst each other. The vote was made and approved by membership to match the amount. Therefore, the Allamakee County UTV/ATV club will donate to this year’s recipient – $3,944 along with a private donation from Dennis Herman.

We had a fantastic ride today! A huge shout out to Rick & Carol Welper, Dennis Herman and The Red Barn Team! Your properties and hospitality were both stunning and heart-felt. Lots of members had a blast trying to find all of the creatures, signs and markers during the scavenger hunt on the Welper’s property. Thank you all for a great day!!!
