Old Business
-Spring Clean-up Discussion: Our spring clean-up in April was postponed due to heavy rain in the area. The membership has decided to reschedule the Adopt a Highway clean-up to June 28th. Our Adopt a Highway section is on the Great River Road from Harpers Ferry to Red Oak Road. Those wishing to participate can meet at the Harpers Ferry side at 10 am on June 28th. Please park on any side streets nearby. The Allamakee County Highway Department provides bags and vests- the club will have these items available at the start of the event. Pizza will be provided to volunteers at the Spillway in Harpers following the clean up event.
-Grant Update: Chad applied for the Allamakee County Community Foundation Grant on behalf of the club with intentions to cover the cost of the maps and an AED for the club. Unfortunately the club was not chosen as a recipient of this grant.
-Gas Card Report: Only a few cards remain. Please reach out to leadership if you know of recipients for a gas gift card. Who gets cards? Anyone with medical needs that could benefit from offsetting transportation costs. The Julie Herman Memorial Ride will take place again this summer to purchase more gift cards.

If you know of a Disabled Veteran that would enjoy a ride- notify club leadership. Email allamakeeatvutvclub@gmail.com
if you are not connected to any leadership members.
-Route Guidance Signs for Rides: Chad and Krystal are seeking signage to help with guiding rides. An idea was brought forth by Krystal to have arrow signs with our logo applied that can be reusable. Chad presented a sign to the group for a cost of $2.00 each. Member William Vetter offered to donate used signs that would need to be recovered- thank you! Chad agreed to further discuss the donated signs after the meeting. William Vetter then proceeded with a motion to purchase signs.
